Barbara Morganti nasce ad Ascoli Piceno, nel cuore delle Marche. Cresce tra i libri e le lingue: liceo classico, poi due lauree all'Università di Bologna — in Lingue e Letterature Straniere Moderne e in Scienze Politiche — e due master, in Economia del Turismo e in Mass Communication & Creative English.
Barbara Morganti was born in Ascoli Piceno, in the heart of the Marche region. She grew up among books and languages: a classical education, then two degrees at the University of Bologna — in Modern Foreign Languages and Literatures and in Political Science — and two master's degrees, in Tourism Economics and in Mass Communication & Creative English.
Barbara Morganti nació en Ascoli Piceno, en el corazón de las Marcas. Creció entre los libros y las lenguas: bachillerato clásico, después dos licenciaturas en la Universidad de Bolonia — en Lenguas y Literaturas Extranjeras Modernas y en Ciencias Políticas — y dos másteres, en Economía del Turismo y en Mass Communication & Creative English.
Ha viaggiato per tutto il mondo e parla quattro lingue — italiano, inglese, spagnolo e tedesco. Ma il suo cuore è sempre appartenuto a un altro linguaggio universale: quello della buona cucina italiana.
She has traveled all over the world and speaks four languages — Italian, English, Spanish and German. Yet her heart always belonged to another universal language: that of good Italian cooking.

Today she lives in Panama, where she has carried the flavors of Italy across the ocean. The Lasagna Queen was born right here: from the wish to safeguard her family recipes and share them with the world — in Italian, English and Spanish.
